5th wheel located screven-jenkins county area. 54 miles from Augusta, 28 miles from Statesboro--FIXER-UPPER. Inside pics look better/cleaner than it is. This was collateral for a loan & was lived in until 20 months ago when borrower left the state for work & left this in a relatives field, uncared for--the roof leaked & there is damage so selling CHEAP! I wasn't willing to do more than sweep it--you fix/clean-resell maybe? Borrower says everything works except fridge & he bought the one U see in pics to replace the built in. Someone said the built in may only need burping--I asked borrower if he'd done that and he said he'd never heard of such a thing--so who knows, it may work if you know how to do that, but the fridge in pics goes with it.
