1996 Dutchman Classic Travel Trailer 24FWRL BEST OFFER Loan Default in Rocky Ford, Georgia For Sale

A self described "good christian woman" asked me to loan her brother money 20 months ago--just before he jumped bond and left town. Believe it or not he made 18 payments before defaulting!!!!!!
This is the only collatoral he left behind when he jumped bond. I just collected it today from the sister's property and I know nothing about it except this: It looks like crap. I haven't been inside yet, but I know that he lived in it up until he fled 20 months ago. INDEED, when the tow people went to collect it they had to disconnect the water and electric. So I imagine everything works--but this is an AS IS BEST OFFER SALE.
I will do nothing to fix and/or clean it up and make it more valuable--that's where you come in, get it cheap and fix/clean it up. I'll take whatever offer is the best and then proceed to try to find this fugative hiding out in Mississippi working construction as a certified millwright, and get the rest of the collateral. (A truck that hauls the 5th wheel and his cargo trailer) THIS IS TRULY A BEST OFFER SITUATION, I want it off my property ASAP!!

At first glance, it looks very dirty, sitting up unattended for 20 months, but the tires look good--the roof looks like crap, you'd have thought he'd have thrown a tarp over it before taking off--I feel some roof repair is definitely needed and will protect it myself from the weather before the next rain. It really is a fixer upper--but he really lived in it until the moment he fled the state in April xxxx.
